Our guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Miracle Casters, simply return them for a refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date we ship your casters to you and the casters must be returned in the same condition you received them.  Miracle Casters are warranteed against failure when used on carpeted surfaces. If any of your Miracle Casters should fail within 10 years of your purchase while being used on a carpet, simply return the caster(s) with a copy of your receipt and we will send you a new caster or casters.
